Answer 365 is equipped with the Infinity IS Dispatch system that ensures the message is delivered and received. Our dispatch operators send out a text to your smart phone with the instructions for pick up or repair.
The on call employee is asked to send a confirming text or email acknowledging they have received the message. If we do not receive a confirmation within a set period of time that you determine our computer reminds our dispatcher they have an outstanding dispatch. We then move to the next step of the escalation procedure as per instruction.
The on call schedule and capabilities of each tow truck is on file. Answer 365 agents do not have to look up who is on call. The computer pulls this from the on call system. The same system can also be set in place for calling the on call driver and service technician.
