CAM-X Award of Excellence
We are proud to announce that Answer 365 of Moncton, NB has been honoured with the 2020 CAM-X Award of Excellence. The Award is presented annually by the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X), the industry’s Trade Association for providers of call centre services including telephone answering and message delivery.
Answer 365 was presented with the Award at the CAM-X 56th Annual Virtual Convention & Trade Show.
The scoring takes place over 6 months by independent judges with criteria that includes:
