Answer 365 has an internal scoring system that management uses to measure the effectiveness of our phone staff. All of our agents have a number of their phone calls listened to weekly. These calls are graded by the call centre management team and given a score. These measurements include customer experience by the caller. The accuracy of the call and how it is handled according to our customers instructions. Was the call handled in a timely fashion is the third measurement. Answer 365’s phone staff, are paid a bonus as individuals and as a team for their performance.
